1. Account Responsibility 

   Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and are solely responsible for account security.  

   Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used for illegal purposes.  

 

2. Booking Requirements

   Full payment or a platform-specified deposit is required to confirm bookings.  

   Minors must obtain parental/guardian consent, and guardians assume liability for related obligations.  

 

3. Payments & Refunds  

1. Payment Rules

   Accepted methods include credit cards, e-wallets, and other options listed on the Platform.  

   Bookings will be automatically canceled if payment fails.

1. Platform content (text, images, logos) is owned by Xinge Casina or licensors. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.  

2. User-submitted content (e.g., reviews, photos) grants Xinge Casina a non-exclusive license for promotional use.  

 

6. Dispute Resolution  

1. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.  

2. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to florence Arbitration Centre for arbitration or litigation.  

7. Policy Updates & Notifications 

1. Xinge Casina reserves the right to modify these Terms. Revised versions take effect upon publication on the Platform.  

2. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
